Clarification Text on Protection and Processing of Personal Data (KVKK)

As Smart, within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and the relevant legislation; we are committed to ensuring the security of the personal data of our employees, job applicants and business partners at the highest level.

1. Purpose of Data Collection and Processing

Your personal data is processed in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of the LPPD for purposes such as conducting recruitment processes, managing employee relations, fulfilling legal obligations, occupational safety, payroll and fringe benefits transactions.

The personal data collected is shared with authorized public institutions, audit firms, our solution partners and third parties from whom we receive services in a limited manner only when required by legal obligations or business processes.

Your personal data are stored for the periods specified in the relevant legislation or for the period required by the processing purposes; at the end of this period, they are securely destroyed.
