The event discussed the strategic importance of real time data streaming and event-driven architectures for organizations. It was emphasized that the success of artificial intelligence and advanced analytics projects today is based on reliable, continuous and scalable data streams.

One of the noteworthy sessions of the event was organized by Murat Özkul, Big Data & Analytic Applications Manager from Yapı Kredi Technology. “Mobile First Banking Experience” was the presentation titled.
In this session, concrete use cases such as the impact of real-time data flow on the mobile banking experience in the financial sector, instant analysis of customer interactions and acceleration of operational decisions were shared.
In this context, important insights on the application areas of Apache Kafka-based streaming architectures in the banking sector were shared.
From Streaming to Artificial Intelligence
Another prominent message throughout the event was that the success of artificial intelligence projects depends on a strong data foundation. It was emphasized that systems built on fragmented and ungoverned data structures have difficulty in producing sustainable results, while real-time, manageable and traceable data flows enable corporate AI transformation.
